Frequently Asked Questions:Q: When I click on "Add to Basket" nothing seems to happen?
A: The Browser you are using does not have the Internet Options enabled for javascript. The easiest solution is often to use another browser - Browsers include Internet Explorer, Firefox and many more.
Q: I can fill out the checkout but the website doesn't work when I select Worldpay to make the payment.
A: When you select Worldpay you leave the website and enter the secure encrypted server of the Bank. Some workplaces have firewalls that will not allow you to enter encrypted servers. You can either use your home computer or phone us to arrange payment by phone.
Q: I don't feel safe paying by switch or credit card - Can I pay over the phone?
A: We have full merchant status and can accept payment by telephone. The facts about credit card security lie in who has access to your card details. Our site for example will take you directly to the Banks secure server for processing the payment - That way nobody at Personalised Gift Ideas has access to your bank details. If you pay over the telephone then technically you could (in theory) increase your risk though rest assured we shred all details once payment has been received and do not hold your card details either on computer or paper records.
Q: I have a tight deadline - Can you deliver?
A: We welcome all delivery enquiries on a product to product basis. Contact us at any time and we will despatch to meet your requirements if at all possible.
Q: Do you deliver outwith the UK?
A: Depending on the product and the destination we welcome all delivery enquiries.
Q: The checkout says my Email address is already in use but I can't remember my password?
A: Enter the email address the checkout says is already in use and click the "Forgot Password" box. This DOES WORK and will send an email with a new password to the email address - HOWEVER there is a reasonable chance that your email provider will intercept the new password as spam so check your spam folder after a couple of minutes if you haven't received the reply.
